ARTELANO is a French editor of high-end contemporary design furniture. Established in 1972 in Paris, it has been nurtured by the visionnary enthusiasm of its founders: Annick and Samuel Coriat. Over the years, ARTELANO has gained international recognition and developped collections signed by internationally appraised designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Piero Lissoni, Christophe Pillet, Olivier Gagnère, Austrian studio Eoos, Marco Zanuso Jr., Eric Gizard, Shin Azumi, Qiong-er Jiang, Carlo Tamborini and Marc Krusin. The Company has been acquired by designcapital plc in February 2008, as Annick and Samuel were retiring. Designcapital aims to foster ARTELANO's commercial reach and to consolidate its long-term growth, while enhancing its unique creative dimension.
